We understand that the web is constantly changing, focusing more and more not only on quality content, but on beautiful and clean user interfaces that focus on YOU, the readers. BloggingTips truly deserved this face lift. We’ve made everything simpler making your experience here a lot more enjoyable.
Usability
No one likes a stuffed design, where you have to stare at your monitor for 5 minutes until you find what you are looking for. BloggingTips v6.0 has a much cleaner look, featuring a white background, which contrasts the top black navigation bar and the red & blue buttons color scheme. I focused a lot on contrasting each color, keeping the clean look, while highlighting the important elements of BloggingTips.
The new interface makes it a lot easier to browse through posts, search , share and comment on your favorite articles. The large post titles and the new post page design make keeping track and reading our posts more pleasant and enjoyable. IntenseDebate was great, but the new commenting system makes it even more easier to interact with the author and our readers.
You will notice the Premium Themes button in the top navigation bar(go on, click it). That’s right! It displays our very own premium themes. All of our themes are high-end themes with amazing features. We invest hundreds of hours of work in the design and development of each theme, so you can setup your blog with a outstanding theme in less than 5 minutes. For each theme we offer splendid support from our core developers.
Backend
We’ve restructured, recalibrated and optimized the database server which reduced load time a lot. Along with the database maintenance we’ve optimized wordpress too, removing all unnecessary plugins and elements. From now on you can browse BloggingTips at lightning fast speeds!
