Email Subject Lines And Blog Post Titles

As a subscriber to many newsletters and blogs higher pay close
 attention to the subject

and content alike. If we are dealing with subject lines of e-mail
or blog post titles, the first objective is to inspire a click.
A call to action powerful enough to get the subscriber to take
the next step. The purpose of these lines well thought out is
not to sell. We are trying to create enough interest to only a
small handful of words to justify a mouse click.

The Difference

Email:

That's where the similarities end email and blogs. The difference
in marketing campaigns via email and blog post title is the
secondary objective. In developing an e-mail marketing subject
lines that are trying to inspire subscribers to open mail
without generating ISP spam filters and mail client. We avoid
Feedburner and AWeber
certain words and phrases that are known to be filtered.

Blogging:

In blogs, subscriber or want the visitor to open the page,
but the secondary goal has nothing to do with filters, but
has everything to do with the words - keywords. We want to
use keywords from the keyword research that Internet search
engines use to find your blog. In other words, we want to use
keywords in our title of the blog entry. Google and other
search engines give more weight to keywords in the search
results.

In summary, the subject lines of e-mail need to avoid the
pitfalls of spam, blog titles need to post the best use
keyword search.
