The above list is the sales talk Web CEO use to advertise their sales talk:)

Using Web CEO

When you first open up Web CEO, it may download some updates. You are then asked to add the url of the blog you want to analyze (note, you can add as many as you want). Next, the main control panel pops up (they call it Web CEO Quick Launch) :
Web CEO
The quick launch has 4 main areas
Find Your Niche
There are 3 options in this section : Find Keywords, Optimise Pages and Edit Pages.
The find keywords option is incredibly useful. You enter a search phrase or keyword relating to your blog and then Web CEO searches the web and finds other websites which have those keywords. It then compiles a list of what keywords all these other websites use and lists them by the most popular keywords. It can be handy if your not sure what keywords to target.
The optimise pages option gives you advice on what you need to do to your page to get higher in the search engines. For example, your page may have too many words or not usage of your chosen keyword.
The edit pages option recommends what needs to be fixed on your design.
Promote Your Site
There are 4 options in this section : Submit URL’s, Analyze Link Popularity, Find Link Partners and Manage PPC Campaigns.
The submit link url and analyze link popularity sections are pretty self explanatory. The popularity check lets you find out who links to you and the competitors you specify. Likewise, manage PPC campaigns is very useful for checking your advertising campaigns. All the major PPC sites are suppored.
My favourite option in this section is find link partners. You configure your email details and then add keywords for Web CEO to find suitable sites. I advise setting up another email address speicifcally for this. You then setup an email asking for a link exchange and Web CEO will automatically send off emails to hundreds of sites for you and monitor everything for you. Now, clearly this is quite a spammish type option however if you are looking for link exchanges to your site this can save you a lot of trouble.

Analyze Your Site
There are 2 options in this section : Check Rankings and Get Traffic Reports.
The check rankings option is fantastic. You can check how your blog ranks in every search engine for the keywords you choose. You have a choice of selecting search engines by country or by language. I would recommend just choosing a few of the major search engines – when i asked to check all english search engines with 3 search terms i was warned it might take 200 mb of data download to generate it. Ouch!
The traffic report option requires you to sign up to hitlens.
Maintain Your Site
There are 3 options in this section : Upload files over FTP, Control Site Quality and Monitor Site Uptime.
The FTP option is something i dont think the software needed but im sure people will find it useful. I guess they are trying to turn it into the ‘complete product’. Control site quality is just a checker for broken html and missing alt tags etc and monitor site uptime is an option to get updates when your site is down etc.
This whole section isn’t really search engine related per say but im sure some people will find it useful.

Overview

Web CEO can be quite slow when searching the web for results and when you first use it you may find yourself bewildered by the way it all works. However, some of the tools on it are incredibly useful and best of all, its free!!! The first time you use it you will have to spend a lot of time adding the keywords you want to check for your blog but after that its just a matter of running the reports again and doing a check
